Bruce, I'm laying out a little for the battery gods tonight. Why didn't I think of this. LOL
Steve, we do have a montering system that tells you when the battery is charging. The problem was that we didn't pick up on the fact that it kept charging the battery past when it should have quit charging. Not a real good way to avoid this problem. The deal is...when you have a bad cell or two in the first battery the second one, the good one, continues to charge until it gets OVER charged and that's when the good one gets ruined.
The tender battery just needs to be charged again. Ahhh, boating.
