While most of our efforts this week are going toward getting Sapphire ready to be hauled out of the water, we decided to treat ourselves to a night out.
Wednesday night at Prickly Bay Marina happens to be Bingo Night and most of the town turns out for it. I hadn’t played Bingo since my early 20s and Moby had never tried his hand at it. Great people watching.
To add to the excitement, there are raffle tickets with prizes. If your name is called, you have 5 seconds to get to the podium to collect your prize. We may have missed out on the $1100 EC (Eastern Caribbean currency) grand prize for a Full House (filling in ALL of the numbers on your Bingo card) but I DID win a dish of ice cream with my raffle ticket.
We are so easily entertained these days.
