We received an email in November from our GMC friends, Darlene & Glenn. "Where are you?" started the message.... "We are in Mexico. Are you guys coming down?!?!" was our answer. Well, they did just that! Not only did Darlene & Glenn drive down from Ontario, they were bringing with them, Billie & Donald from California! We drove Eh-Train to Playa Santispac to meet them.

It was a beautiful drive - all 7 hours of it!



This is the place to be! Hard packed sand beach, 3 GMC motorhomes around a palapa. Darlene & Glenn's 1976 "Yellow Submarine" on the left, Donald & Billie's 1977 "Slow Mover" on the right, and our 1977 Eh-Train in the middle.



There was lots of beach time!





There is always lots of man talk about their GMCs and how to fix what.



After 3 wonderful days & nights on the beach, we headed south to La Paz. We stopped overnight in Loreto and then fueled up for the drive farther south.



Next stop - lunch! We decided to try a little roadside restaurant in the middle of no where. It was a sight to see - three GMCs pulled up in front.

There was a pee stop for the pets & drivers and we all pulled up along the street in Ciudad Constitution.



We arrived in La Paz at the Aqua Marina RV Park in good time and in good spirits!
