Well I have spent the last week in Chang Mai Taking part in the Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter Mekong Build. What a fantastic and life changing event. I was so proud to be building 1 of 82 houses for the locals of C.M.
AND to boot I was put in charge of the all girl VIP team from New Zealand. I was so proud of 'my' girls. They were legends. I don't think any other of the 82 teams had 100% turnout every day in the hot temps. AND each one gave 110% Love to all of you
So that is now ticked off and it is full on into getting a crew together for the voyage of Sea Angel. Thanks to all who have given advice so far.

Well things are running extreamly smoothly. We now own Sea Angel and have transfered ownership and nationality to New Zealand. We are now preparing her for the trip back next year. There is so much to organise as many will already know.
Currently trying organise crew and what to take. Fortunately the previous owners were some of the most organised and particular people I have met. They have played a part in making this so smooth. The boat is bluewater ready and does not need much in that department. However there is just as much organising of things here as for the boat. Business needs personal needs etc etc. Sure am going to miss some people while away. Looking forward to posting trip for all to see.

Thats it for now report more later
