Another +50 NM day sailing towards Darwin. Alcaro Bay is a beautiful secluded anchorage on the Coulbourn Peninsula, and gave us the opportunity to cruise up an inland waterway in the dinghy after our 3pm anchor set. Cloudy skies, squally weather, we listened to the winds howl through the night as we were to rise very early before sunrise to begin the sail across the Van Diemen Gulf into Darwin.
