After we left Puerto Rico we made a quick stop in Culebre. It is one of the Spanish Virgin islands and is quite beautiful. We anchored outside of the island along beautiful white beaches where turtles swim around our boat. We did some snorkeling on the reefs and walked the island to the other side. They have a gorgeous white beach called Flamenco Bay, very popular with the island people. We did go swimming and played in the ocean waves. We are presently still buddy boating with Windlass (Pete and Dee) and now Field Trip. They are a young couple with 2 children- Michael who is 5 and Elizabeth who is 8. They are a delight. Sarah is a teacher and is home schooling. We taught the kids Mexican dominos and now they are obsessed.
