Shadow of Lorelei Inventory & Sale Details

10 July 2013
Pauline
Shadow of Lorelei has cruised in comfort the tropical waters of the South and North Pacific Oceans, and the cooler climates of Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. She is fully teak lined, insulated and well ventilated, making her comfortable in summer.. Her hull and deck are solid, handlaid fibreglass, her full keel, canoe stern and thoughtful design give her the comfortable seagoing motion of a much larger vessel. Only 52 of these yachts were designed and built in Taiwan; the Lord Nelson has many features which other Taiwanese built yachts lack. She was built to cross oceans in comfort and safety, and to provide an elegant home base at anchor.

Shadow of Lorelei does not have lots of 'gizmos' we believed in keeping it simple and economical to run. Those feel they need all of the creature comforts of a floating 'condo' can inexpensively retrofit watermaker and generator - this is reflected in the price, and the builders provided space.

She is being offered for sale, reluctantly because I feel that I can longer sail her.
