Crossed Albemarle Sound in fog, thunder & lightening and heavy downpour. Had hoped to take the Great Dismal Swamp route but in light of the not so great weather, decided against it. Spent the night in Coinjock and enjoyed the Marina's much raved about prime rib dinner.. It was as good as they say!

While passing through Norfolk, we were hailed on the VHF by the vessel Hesperus out of Hampton. He saw Arcturus on marine traffic and wanted to say hello and let us know that he has been following and enjoying our blog! Thanks Hesperus.
