Navidad for Navidad

What better place to spend Christmas than Barra de Navidad (Christmas Bar). OK, well now that I think about it, I would MUCH rather be with my friends and family on Christmas. But since I'm not, this is a great spot to be, especially after just checking the weather in San Diego. When he gets here Santa will need to get out of that big heavy coat and get into a pair of shorts, he's going to have to trade in the sleigh for a panga or maybe an old beat up pickup truck with a couple of huge speakers on the roof blasting "Santa Clause is coming to town".
Meanwhile I'll be going to the cruisers Christmas party at the Sands hotel, I'll either take my dinghy or grab a water taxi. I may take a dip in the pool before the party, or maybe sit under a palm tree sipping a cold margarita...one things for sure, there will be no hot toddies at the cruisers Christmas bash. We'll have a gift exchange which is always fun, but the best gift will be Skyping with my kids and hopefully my uncle. After two Christmases away I am committed to being with friends and family next year.
