Since our last update, we have moved south. Today's destination is Fort Pierce, Florida. We had a great time in St Augustine. Gary's Dad and Arlene drove up to visit us for the weekend. We went to dinner at a Tapas place on Saturday night and then went back to the boat to crash. We were exhausted from the 30 hour sail we had just finished. After a good night's sleep we met up with them and did the trolley tour. The history of St Augustine is very interesting. Beautiful architecture and many churches. The residents of St Augustine still dress in period clothing for their daily reenactment of the past.
We left St Augustine on Monday morning and headed offshore for our next destination. The waters were kind of rolling; therefore I could only manage to keep my breakfast down. We anchored in a creek near New Smyrna and spent two quiet nights there.
We are traveling with our buddy boat Neverbored. They are very nice to stay on the intercostals with us. We are headed to Fort Pierce tonight and may make a run offshore from there.
George has been a great boat dog. It took him no time at all to find the poopdeck. He goes everywhere with us, when we ask him to go in his bag, he jumps right in. We meet up with other people and no one even knows he is there till we let him out. He is very very good.
There are still some issues with our inverter, but no one seems to find anything wrong. So we have hooked up a 12 volt fan, separate from the unit, to keep it cool and avoid overheating.
Gotta go and get my bread out of the oven. Talk to you soon.

Married on the day after Christmas 2003, Gary and Lisa had done a little sailing on Lake Erie in "KYPU", a 26ft. Contessa with no navigation equipment and a broken engine. They now live aboard and cruise extensively on Siyasinana in the company of dog "George". Captain Lisa is now a licensed USCG [...]
