We had plenty of time to eat and drink in Skydusky's cockpit and then watch the fireworks from Karibbee Kat's upper bridgedeck.

Here we are rafted up again with Charm and Karibbee Kat on the river. We are an imposing raft, anchored on Carter Creek among all of other boats that are here to watch the fireworks. It was a big target for someone on a Sunfish who couldn't turn in time to miss hitting the side of our boat.

06/06/2009, Rappahannock and Piankatank Rivers

Got together with friends for an overnight on the Piankatank River at Horse Point. It was hard to head back home on Sunday.

Karl and Nancy's Karibbee Kat is heading out on Saturday on the Rappahannock under the Rt. 3 bridge, and Jim and Kathy's Charm is heading heading in on Sunday with a full spinnaker.
