The cultural center of Mazatlan is the Plaza Machado. They hold a parade each November 1st in honor of the Dia de los Muertos. They had displays of both traditional and modern offerings to the dead, as well as lots of music. We arrived about 6:30 to have a nice dinner before the parade festivities began. Present are Mike & Marilyn from Lady Hawk, Mike & Rene from Ahea Kali, BJ and Merry from Willow, Justin from Tao Min, and Bianca from Australia. The country not the boat.
