Cabin fever was setting in, but then morale was lifted when the forecast began to show a break in the weather on Wednesday. This was the impetus to get everything ready to move north again. I took laundry to the very nice 'Launder Mat' in town...run very efficiently by a lovely lady who keeps things moving by overseeing the loading the machines herself! By the time I returned to the boat, Brian had made 3 dinghy trips ashore to get fresh water and now all out tanks are full to the brim. He then made 2 trips to the local gas station to fill our diesel cans and top up Mar-a-Lago's fuel tank...leaving us full of fuel with 2 reserve cans on deck.

We decided we needed a change of scenery and a chance to explore more of Eleuthera. We booked a rental car for Tuesday with Jack & Diane, to tour north Eleuthera. Mike & Roberta rented one too, as they want to check out the beaches and caves on the island.
