Frying Pan Pizza

We make pizza using tortillas covered with usual pizza toppings and heating them up in a frying pan on the stove. The tortillas come out nice and crispy akin to a thin crust and are surprisingly delicious. Tonight's supper with a lovely green salad.

Canal Trip at Treasure

Treasure Cay has a number of canals built with homes and docks along side. We motored up a couple of these and then rowed back just to check out the neighbours.

3 Amigos at Treasure Cay

One fine beach walk we hit it at low tide and could walk out quite aways looking for sand dollars and sunrise tellin sea shells. Lots of sand dollars were found including any buttonsize ones. Not sure if that is a good sign for the sand dollars.

Treasure Cay Beach

One of our favourite beaches is this 5 mile long crescent of white sand and unbelievably beautiful turquoise water. We stayed at anchor here for 6 days not far from the resort which has a bar and pool. The bar was very popular place to watch the Super Bowl, and was where we were introduced to the Tipsy special. Unfortunately we saw but did not hear the commercials due to the loud and raucous fans. it was amazing to see the American hype.

But this may not matter in the long term as one resident mentioned that with climate change, most of the Bahamas will be under water within 50-75 years!
