Coconut Grove Sailing Club

Biscayne Bay is home to some of the Olympic training venues and yesterday we sailed by the Rolex Miami OCR 2008 which is a Grade 1 ISAF ranking event.
We are staying in the mooring field of the Coconut Grove Sailing Club. This is a sailing/yacht club that reminds me quite a bit of our own Rappahannock River Yacht Club, only larger. They have about 800 members and a 120 ball mooring field but no docks. They run a shuttle to your boat 24 hrs a day so Murphy can go ashore whenever he wants.
With reciprocity, we were able to enjoy their club facilities and plan to join them in viewing the Super Bowl this evening. Hopefully that commercial with the RRYC in it will be on so we can point out our home club.
