We completed the two sections of the ICW that we had not done before. We had to make 30 bridge openings, most of them on a timed opening schedule. It actually wasn't as bad as it sounds, once you make the first bridge, they more-or-less time out as you need them as long as you keep up the pace. Course there was one near Boynton Inlet that we missed due to a dredge and a 92ft yacht missed because of a little date with the local police (too much wake). However, he saved us at the next bridge when he hurried for the opening and the nice bridge tender left it open for us to get there.
The picture is Jim and Murphy running the dink around Lake Worth. In the Keys and the Bahamas (see Ed & Lynn's blog), the guys stand in the stern holding the tiller and the women stand in the bow holding the painter. This is the best we could do ;-)
