I left Newport Rhode Island in September of 2007 aboard Christa, my Westsail32 bound for the worlds oceans. I spent the months of Sep-Dec 2007 sailing down the US east coast. In December of 2007 I made the jump to the Bahamas. February 2008 found me in Luperon Dominican Republic. I spent the 2008 hurricane season in Salinas Puerto Rico and am now hanging out between St John and St Thomas USVI awaiting a weather window to move south. I'll then make my way toward the Leeward and Windward Islands where we will spend the winter of 2008/09. I likely will hunker down in Grenada for a portion of the 2009 hurricane season while I head back to the states this summer. Welcome aboard! |
