Under way
04/02/2011, 13 10'N:61 17'W, Off of St. Vincent's

Sadly, Ali and Timbul flew out from Canuoan Thursday at noon, only an hour late, which made their dash for the connecting flight in St. Lucia a bit exciting. They're home recovering as I write. We sailed to Bequia before their flight left the ground and are now heading to St. Lucia, so far averaging over 8 knots.

Catchin' Rays

Even a Southern Manta Ray caught by Ali & Timbul's underwater cameras.

Such Fun!
03/22/2011, 13 00'N:61 14.6'W, Admiralty Bay Bequia

Our crew is a delight, Ali busy identifying all creatures above or below water, Timbul catching big grins and and calls out to "Rasta Mon". We all enjoyed our overnight anchorage in the Pitons, with a full moon lighting up the night followed by a 59 nautical mile sail to Admiralty Bay. The local markets are producing fruits and vegetables Ali and Timbul haven't seen since leaving Indonesia, the Caribbean produced the requisite dolphins leaping about the boat with flying fish skimming the wave tops, the sky is producing a bit too many rain clouds, but even Paradise can't be perfect all the time.
