Having Quinn aboard was the perfect ending for a great season. We were up at 5:30 a.m., Quinn diving off the bow for a quick swim at Sandy Cay before sailing to Grenada. A quick swim at the underwater sculpture park was fun before arriving at the Grenada Yacht Club in St. George's to top up the full tanks for storage ( we always leave the tanks full to prevent condensation). By early afternoon we were rounding the southern end of Grenada to Prickly Bay where we stripped the boat of sails and lines etc. Haul out is at 10 a.m. on Friday and we fly to Miami at 8 a.m. on Sunday. This time we will probably be able to sleep in flight!

A gusty sail from Bequia to Salt Whistle Bay clocking 8+ knots left us quite content to spend the day tucked in behind the reef at Tobago Cays with the Hawksbill turtles for swimming companions. Our personal gourmet chef (Quinn) served up green mango salad and Thai green curry with chicken and christophene. Absolutely delicious! More exploring of the reef awaits us this afternoon with the added attraction of trying to operate our underwater camera. Have you ever tried to get a fish say Cheese?

A day of rest in Bequia with snorkeling on Devil's Table and drinks with friends in Jack's Bar. Tomorrow we are for the Tobago Cays, Union etc for a couple of days before heading to Carriacou and sailing to Grenada on Friday. A couple of days of hard cleaning with haul out scheduled for Tuesday morning.
