The weather has not been conducive to going anywhere. So I know it is hard to believe but we stay at the marina for four days.
We made some new friends; they are on a Catalina from Calgary, Alberta. Very very nice folks. They are on "S/V Sooo Fine Too", they have been a great help with fenders and lines, as we are on the t-head and getting beat up pretty bad.
The weather man says it may be getting better so a gaggle of us head across the bank. We don't leave until after noon. The conditions are not perfect, but as Sharon on "S/V Allez Cat" says "hell we're sail boats". We are able to sail all night with winds out of the North at 20-25 knts. Seas are 3-4 with some a bit larger.
We anchor short of Northwest Channel light on a shoal northwest of Andros.
