We had a good sail around the end of Florida. Wind on the nose half way then 15-20 on the beam for the last half. We grabbed a mooring ball at Lignumvitae state park for the night, then moved up to Cotten Key for protection from the front heading our way. The winds have shifted to the north and have been blowing above 20 knts. Sounds like this is home for a couple of days

We had a great stay at Marco Island Marina. I can't thank Elmer enough for allowing us to stay there. An old friend and still a good friend.
We did the 54 miles to Little Shark River. It is a very beautiful spot. A real slice of what florida use to be like.
