The mangrove roots habitat barnacles, oysters, mussels, etc.
Local fishermen cutting off mussels from the mangroves roots.

Einheimische "ernten" die Muscheln, die an den Wurzeln der Mangroven wachsen. Man kann sie roh oder gekocht essen.

Just in time for Christmas, the local fruit & veggie market offered live chicken for the upcoming holidays.

Heute gab's auf dem Obst & Gemuesemarkt u.a. lebende Huehner fuer Weihnachtsessen.
