We LOVE La Cruz. Two drawbacks force our move today; first they have no immigration location that we can clear out of and get our exit stamp, and secondly they lack well stocked marine hardware stores. So today we must leave an ideallic mexican village for the tourist mecca of Puerto Vallarta.

Only a few chores to accomplish over there this weekend, items like oil and filter change, pump and alt belt change, primary and secondary fuel filter, install another 80' of chain, and sew in a new #1 sail slide. Then it will be off to immigration and provisioning on Monday. Provided all goes well, we will start our 2600 mile run with the first good wind of the week on Tue or Wed. Given our past history, we give it 50/50 we make those dates, but thats the "plan" now.
