It was still dark as we passed Cabo San Lucas but the town was really lit up. We had decided to stop in Puerto Los Cabos, in San Jose del Cabo to catch up on some work. We sailed in very light wind waiting for the sun to come up to enter the marina.

Puerto Los Cabos is a fairly new marina. We pulled into an end tie. There were showers not too far from the dock. The office was a little further and there was a restaurant/bar on site as well as a tourist store to spend mucho dinero on clothes and sundries. This marina also had a dolphin attraction, swim with the dolphins which seemed to attract a fair amount of people. The marina provided laundry service which is always nice. I think it cost us $16 for 3 loads.

We walked into town on different occasions for groceries at Walmart and dinner. The old town of San Jose del Cabo is a nice place to have dinner and walk around the square. The town is really quite big with a lot of industry.
