White Squall's Last Haulout

The annual haulout! Not a big problem given the size of the vessel. Just a matter of power washing and repainting the antifouling. As White Squall only has two through hull fittings, greasing and maintenance is not a big problem.

Dickinson Diesel Stove

18 April 2011
We purchased and installed the Dickinson Adriatic model diesel stove and as mentioned previously, have used it for heating the boat and heating water with great success. We also cam to love the oven in this stove and now that we are living ashore, greatly miss it. The Admiral claims that nothing bakes bread better than that stove.

The galley is an open design which allows everyone to be involved while dinner is being cooked and as the galley is essentially part of the aft great cabin, it makes for a very comfortable live aboard and when entertaining guests.
