She's back with lots of goodies.

Bill/ overcast and rain threatening
Tracy flew in Wednesday afternoon and we have been working on things ever since she returned. Her main flight was butt numbingly long at over 16 hours. Getting from Atlanta to Jberg takes a long time even at over 620 miles per hour. She had to spend the night there as she missed the flight to Richards Bay since they have few during the day. She finally arrived at 1430 on Wednesday. I was there waiting with a cab to get us back to the marina. With two big suitcases, a large carryon and a big back pack, she was loaded.
Once back on board, while she rested on the settee trying to recover from assorted jet lag and bad night's sleep, I slowly unzipped and started going through the bags. Item by item was pulled out, inspected, and then placed in assorted piles to be put away, installed or worked on. It took a couple of hours to go through everything but we are well on our way to getting the inside of the boat all put back together. It was a mess Wednesday night.
Tracy dozed during much of the afternoon and we had a nice dinner at the Yacht Club before she finally crashed about 2130. She slept well through the night, not getting up till 0730. I on the other hand was up just after 0400 starting in on things that would make as little noise as possible. I installed one of the replacement snubbers for the anchor lines and put away or installed a few other things before Tracy was up and out of bed. We slowly went through lots of stuff and I delivered a chartplotter to another boat that she had brought back. I spent much of the day working on one of the new computers she brought back. I installed our navigation software and am trying to get the GPS that comes in the computer to work with it with little success, but today is another day.
Our primary project for today is to get the new galley faucet installed. The existing one is on it's last legs and desperately needs replacing. Tracy brought back a new one when she came. Our problem is that the water comes up through the bottom of the cabinet in plastic hoses that are chalked and clamped to the copper pipes from the old faucet. The new one had pretty new fittings with threads on them. We've got to figure out where these plastic hoses go and what it's going to take to get to the actually water lines that run through the boat. It's going to be an interesting day.
Meanwhile, Mother Nature is on a binge again with a big front coming through with winds in the 20 to 30 knot range through most of the night. It's cloudy now with small spits of rain on and off. According to the forecasts, it's all supposed to be gone by mid to late morning. Guess we will see.
