Hi all, so far we are having a very easy and relaxed trip, a steady 15 kn wind from the SE, sunshine and alll are in a good mood - bluewater sailing at its best! After not having touched a sheet or the windvane setting for 3 days, we took this afternoon the mainsail down and hoisted the second jib as we need to get more to the north of west and the wind is now coming from the ESE. We are still eating the tuna, doing school, listening to music and audio books and are talking and reading a lot. The day after we left Cape Town we saw our last vessel, it seems that we are having the South Atlantic to ourselfs. So all is well on board, a third of the distance is already behind us, 775 nm to go to Cabedelo.
High Sea Greetings from the Iemanja crew AHOI!
