Short but sweet

Guests of Steve arrived on Monday evening with a bit of an unfortunate delay for them. Not to worry however as our 'Stand by to stand by' mentality quickly came into play. Dinner was served at around 12 giving everybody plenty of time to settle into boat life.
The following morning we set sail...thats a lie...we motored, because there was no wind. Our course was west out of The Bay of Palma and up to a small beautiful anchorage. This was our own secluded spot for an hour or so. On arrival here jelly fish were spotted off the port bow but seemed to disappear to the depth, or just got blown away. This allowed Lance to take a dip and a snorkel along the rocky shore.
After a lazy lunch and lifting the pick we headed round the almost Jurassic Park like coastal landscape to Soller...one of everybodys favourite spots. This is where we are sitting at the moment. 'Standing by to stand by' - there's rumours of a shore party heading up on the old wooden train to the main town, or a cave expedition making wakes just out of the bay here. Who knows we may kill two birds with one stone.
