Hurricane season is officially over for another year but today is the most wind we've seen in awhile; a front went by bringing with it wind and rain, a good day to be at anchor. While we were at the Miami marina, rain and wind came, we managed to stay dry but it was a bouncy exciting dinghy ride back to the boat. We spent most of today doing a few boat chores, some new boats arrived and others left, we will probably leave ourselves in a day or two, we're still hoping to get across this coming weekend but who knows for sure, we're strictly fair weather sailors so if the weather isn't right than we'll probably stay put, at least it's warm and there's far worst places to be.
