Another 14 or so miles further South brings us to Shroud Cay, it is a uninhabited cay protected by the Bahamas National Trust, no fishing etc. is allowed .It serves as a unique nursery for all kinds of animal and marine life, motorized vessels are not allowed in some of the creeks and waterways, the picture above shows that at high tide most of the cay is submerged by shallow water. It does have some beautiful beaches, coral reefs and at low tide some soft sand bars that you can walk on
