We are the luckiest people! Thanks Joe & Barb for letting us work on our boat at your house and enjoy the ringing in the new year in absolutely perfect weather.
2016 was a tough year closing the business and other issues. 2017 is looking up for sure. We're working hard to make 2017 fun and looking forward to what happiness and challenges the TARDIS will bring.
This guy has been part of our time in Florida since July. We take the back road to and from Mar-Marina and of course Miss Vickie's on the river. We don't know his name or when he will appear but it's always a delight when he does and brings a smile to our faces.
New Years Eve was spent at the beach. We went out early since everyone has to leave the moment the sun sets. There is a house towards the north end of the beach where a beautiful red parrot lives on the balcony. He? lets us know when it's time to leave with his loud squawks right when the sun reaches the horizon.

Our most exhilarating sail took place New Years Day. We completed 19.8NM with a record high speed for us under full sails, wind on the beam at 6.8 knots.
Happy New Year!
