Found a Seatalk to Seatalk NG converter kit in Westmarine, Newport. Spent the morning wiring that in and bridging it to the Garmin NMEA 2000 canbus. All seemed to be working fine. Also fitted an AD converter and tied it to the fuel line. Will need calibrating.

Niki came down after lunch and we went for a beautiful sail Under the bridge. Warmed up nicely and we circled hog island under blue skies.

Only problem was the wind instruments reported east and west reversed! Research required.
