Taya's Sailing Adventures

We were invited to dinner last evening by our friends Sue Currie and Ted Miller of s/v Prairie Oyster. The restaurant was located in the heart of the Gas Light district in downtown San Diego.

Accustomed to having good Indian food a few times a week, we were craving it since the beginning of August. The Royal India Restaurant turned out to be a great choice because of the high quality of the food served, its location in the very historic Gas Light district, the authentic ambiance and the service provided. The menu was varied and featured North India cuisine.

Our hosts Sue and Ted were very gracious and we had a marvelous time in their company. After dinner, we took a little walk on 4th avenue and returned home for a good night sleep.

It is amazing how quickly time goes by and how much we are enjoying ourselves in beautiful San Diego surrounded by good friends like the Miller.
