After a 24 hour run of 176 miles, we are stopped dead by very unusual Easterlies hitting the Cabo San Lucas harbour completely opened to the East. The winds were blowing from the mid 20s to the mid 30s with heavy seas. We elected to turn around at Capa Falso and took shelter in this small bay exposed to the NW winds blowing at 10 knots. Still a lot better than Cabo for the next 24 hours. Three other boats have joined us for the same reasons. We are in for a rolly night but safe.
