Decorated Head

16 July 2006 | Mexico
Kim Corson
I was also told my Olguita and her Mother that I should decorate my bathroom (or head, as we salts call it) for Christmas. Inasmuch as they planned to visit to be sure it was done, I did. The ball of strung stars and bells on the towel to the right is a joke parodying the condition of both of the longer strings of decorations when I bought them. It took Olguita and me over an hour to untangle what the store clerk did to my purchase before putting it into a bag. As a joke of sorts, I replicated the tangled ball in the head. They got a kick out of it.

Extra:
Although I was a lawyer and practiced law with good success for thirty years, creating significant new law, I never really believed in the law, the politics of law or in the over reaching self-interest of most lawyers I met. Too much exposure to Nietzsche and other good and seriously thoughtful [...]
