Good Morning from Tiki J. We've been really busy over the last 24 or so hours. Great wind with lots of big waves and still the #1 Genoa up, except for the 1 day of the 5S. I guess they advertised this as the Fun Race, not necessarily the Spinnaker race, that's just in the brochures to look pretty! We haven't had any major issues except with the SSB. After hours of unplugging and rebooting all the electronics, Brad added some WD40 and wah-la! Nozomi has been hanging with us throughout the race as we can see them every night off in the distance. They were nice enough to relay our position this morning for us. "The Vince Show" is on every morning shift for John and me no matter what time in the morning. The crew doesn't recommend chili dogs for dinner anymore! We lost the stars and sunshine today, but still can't complain. I guess we have a few more days to work on our tans. And last but not least, we made 192 miles good in the last 24 hours, so we are DEFINITELY going to Hawaii, we might just have to have our own luau on Tiki J.
