Brad
We should reach the 1/4 way point today. That's a bit misleading in that we have a lot further to travel than the 1580 nm we are from SF at the moment. I'm downloading weather now, but current plan is to continue to head north until we pick up favorable winds to head NE then E. I'm a bit concerned that the East we made early might come back to haunt us by putting us too close to the new High, but only time will tell.
Vince has declared that his spell of seasickness is behind him, so we'll likely delve into the more substantial items on the menu this evening. We're still hopeful of catching a fish, but so far no luck. Wouldn't have done Vince much good up to now anyway ;-)
Thanks Mom for the position reports. We're having a difficult time communicating with Valis via SSB, so we otherwise wouldn't have any idea where everyone else is.
