Brad
Made a little east last night with some nice lifts, but generally our heading is less than 30deg. I spent my 2nd night on deck, more of a crutch for myself than the fellas (who are doing great). I'll either join the shift schedule or serve as floater/surge support from my bunk tonight.
Going to download fresh GRIBs this morning, but early indications are that we'll weave our way through indistinct pockets of relative calm to make our way east later in the voyage. Either that, or it'll be an outright beat to our next wind. We have a few days for that to sort itself out.
Thomas reported a number of shooting stars last night. I'll further that we had some clear spells where the constellations were hardly distinguishable from the background stars that most people never see because of the light pollution on land.
Off to make breakfast now.
