Still sporting the prom dress?

I'm not taking off my prom dress and getting up at 4:30 AM! Yes, I was complaining! I told Torben he had to choose. We got up at 4:30 AM, I was still in my prom dress....
The sail up the Skagerak was wonderful. The sky had hues of pastel blues and yellows as we watched the sun rise. I have never seen a sky quite so beautiful. They say it's a mixture of the sandy bottom and two seas that merge together, the Baltic and the North Sea, that cast a reflection up to the sky giving it that unique color. The sailing up there would be beautiful!
Tivoli was oblivious to the scenery. She was too busy negotiating the confused seas and maintaining her 7.5 knots of speed. She was a girl on a mission, showing off, surfing when the waves permitted, 9.8 knots. Not bad for an old girl carrying a load minus two bicycles.
( sore subject.)
We dropped the hook about 35 miles out of Oslo at a penal colony. I thought I was in for an interesting night until I realized Torben was saying penal not penile! I was still wearing the prom dress when I woke up the next morning.....
So now we are in Oslo at the Royal Norwegian Yacht Club. Not so royal but comfortable. Here we are leaving Tivoli for a trip, by train, up the west coast of Norway to Bergen.
We decided maybe we should get some chores done today before leaving tomorrow. One of which, was to fill the propane tanks. After much planning we decided to take a bus to the LPG station. It began to pour down rain as we got off the boat.
We got as far as the harbor office where we ran into Thomas. If you're wondering who Thomas is, we're wondering the same thing. He offered to give us a ride in the harbor truck. Not only did we get our tanks filled with the coveted propane, Thomas gave us a quick partial tour of the city and dropped us off at the Vigeland Park to fend for ourselves.
We walked for miles or maybe kilometers but it seemed like forever. I felt like a seeing eye dog for Torben's eyes never left his google map screen! Finally we arrived at the ferry dock safe and sound and Torben rewarded me with an ice cream cone and a pat on the head.
Your wondering will this story ever end? It does! By the time we got back to the harbor masters office it was closed! Peering into the window we could see our propane bottles......Torben relaunched operation propane. Coffee in the morning?
