One has to remain sanguine about these things I guess... we sold our house at the bottom of the market - unfortunately we will not be buying - so can't do as most do - and buy something equally at the bottom. It's just a loss. On the up side, we've previously done ok on real estate - so we're probably about even - who's to complain at that.

So now we're that much closer to the dream - we'll be moving aboard Toodle-oo! in May! Not sure where we'll be living yet - possibly Wickford if room opens up in Wickford Marina, or otherwise in Portsmouth: either NEB or Brewers at Common Fence Point.

There's a ton of stuff to get done before we move aboard - the new canvas for one, Laurie is re-finishing the entry doors and we're also packing up a house and hopefully selling most of its contents (anyone want to buy a fully equipped woodworker's workshop?) - and just to add to the frenzy, I'm travelling in South America this week and next - and in April I have a 10 day stint to India planned!

Exciting times - the dream moves one step closer to reality!!!
