Trilogy’s sailing adventures were always planned to be in three parts: a few years in the Med followed a couple of years in the Caribbean with completion by a cruise back to Australia through the Pacific.

2012, 2013 and 2014 have been the years of cruising the Med.

2015 is planned to be the year of cruising back through the Med during the European spring, summer and autumn months, positioning Trilogy in Gibraltar by October for a passage sail to the Caribbean.

As in previous years partners and their spouses will take it turn to cruise Trilogy with families and friends. Trilogy will be relaunched in Marmaris mid April, and after some significant fitting out work for ocean passaging, will cruise from Turkey through the Greek Islands, the Corinth Canal and out into the Adriatic. The plan is to then cruise to Malta down the east coast of Italy before turning for Sicily, Sardinia, the Balearics and Mediterranean Spain. If time permits (and conditions are safe) there is also a possibility of touching into Tunisia as well.

By the end of the sailing season in the Med Trilogy should be in Gibraltar for maintenance and servicing in readiness for an October passage sail to the Canary Islands.

Trilogy has been entered in the 2015 Atlantic Rally for Cruisers which departs from Grand Canaria in late November and finishes in St Lucia in the Caribbean in December.

And so will the second part of the Trilogy saga commence – a season of sailing in the Caribbean from the end of 2015 until about late April/early May 2016 when Trilogy will either be stored during the hurricane seas or sailed out of hurricane harm up the east coast of USA, possibly as far north as Rhode Island.
