Here comes Issac! It looks like it will be a tropical storm or minimal hurricane when it arrives, but even so, we do not feel comfortable side tied to the East lay wall at Bear Point. Add to that the fact that we are going to go to South Carolina for a visit in the next days and won't be present for the storm, and you have a tough situation. We decided to move the boat to a more secure location with a slip and floating docks. We will double up on all lines and remove all sails and canvas, deflate the dinghy etc. etc. We will be right beside an 8-story building, so that will help deflect the wind also. Beyond that it is all up to God.
