Rain, then sunny with light winds. First from the west, then from the north.
Arrived in DuSable Harbor in preparation for the Solo Mac Race, which starts tomorrow. My brother Mark met me at the dock. Another boater struck up a conversation with us, because he was interested in doing the solo Mac. His biggest concern was sleep. His boat is also more of a cruising boat, like mine, so he wondered about that. Mark assured him he didn't need a hotshot racing boat. Neither one of us have one.
