Milwaukee - The first day

Sunny and calm. A bit cool.
Well, we are off and made it to Milwaukee. A big thanks to Sharon and Steve for coming to the harbor to see us off. It was an 8 hour motor into some wind and waves. For the last part of the trip, everything died down as predicted. The wind kept up longer than predicted, but I'm sure that will never happen again. 😉
First time in Milwaukee. Tomorrow we meet up with my cousin Tim and with Cetacea, the boat in the slip next to us in Waukegan. They are on their way back from the Hook Race
