Goodbye, Genoa

Gaile
It is a glorious, perfect, Easter Sunday morning and we are finally set to sail to Elba. We leave expecting about 15 knots most of our way in the Ligurian Sea, reaching Elba sometime this evening. We will be in Elba two nights, with a little time to explore on shore. And, to begin to add to my olive oil collection. Then, on toward Rome on Tuesday with a stop or two at either Giannutri or one of the other Tuscan islands along the way. We plan to be at Porta Touristico di Roma by Friday evening, the 13th. Then, photos on this blog when Anne and Bill join us and I get the cable to my camera.
All the church bells of Genoa are ringing as I write. He is risen!!
More updates to come from Elba.
