We had a challenging dinghy ride to Vonitsa for supper but made it. Vic arrived with his shorts completely soaked. We chose not to go around the islet from the anchorage to the fishing village but to go through the one accessible arch in the causeway. It is very shallow under the archway and we had to get out of Dennis and pull him through. The water was deeper than we thought and so it came up to Vic's hips. Needless to say we returned the long way round. It was pitch black but we had left Njord's anchor light and her Bebi cockpit light on so could easily identify her. There were only 4 other yachts in the anchorage so not a big problem.

We eat ashore at Taverna Mapioa, the 2nd Taverna along from the yacht harbour and feasted on suckling pig from the spit and the best meat we had in Greece so far.
