It was a busy morning taking the mast down and securing all the things on deck.

Beth arrived late ( thanks to Amtrak). We took a quick dip in the pool at Hop-o-nos marina, then took off. There were lines and stuff everywhere, not to mention vegetation from the trees and cottonwood all over the boat. We looked like Ames but it was just too hot to do anything about it.

The tides were against us all afternoon, so we were only going along at 4 knots or so. There was tons of boating traffic - if it's 90 degrees and you have a boat, why wouldn't you be using it?

We see tons of geese heading north.

We are moored at Castleton. We washed with cold Hudson River water. It was invigorating!
