On this hot and humid Saturday we are almost ready to go. All the work jobs on the boat have been completed. The boat I have made a bunch of frozen dinners to eat on the canal. The bedding and towels, etc are all on the boat. My clothes are on the boat. The cushions are on. Water tanks are full. Fuel is full. All I have to do is shop for the fresh food Monday morning. We are planning on sleeping on the boat Monday night to get an early get-away Tuesday morning. The weather is supposed to be kind of lousy. Rain, yuck. Just the way to start a trip!
