My new Wasser Washing Machine

10 April 2014
Debbie
My 1st ever washing machine on board a boat. It's great. Friends showed it to us onboard their boat at a morning tea. We were impressed. It's a caravan washing machine, all plastic, twin tub, can do 2 sheets at a time & spins so dry it doesn't take much drying time outside. You can only get a pink top, though. There was another one available with a blue top but I hadn't physically seen that one. It's portable. We moved it into the aft head & filled it with the pull out shower. We emptied it into the shower sump. Yesterday, I made a blue canvas cover for it. If you're cruising it will pay for itself in 3-4 Laundramat trips saves all the waiting time in laundramats but you miss out on the social chit chat. Google it, buy it on EBay, I paid $135 delivered free. You can bid for them & may get one cheaper.
