Bread baked onboard a MUST

We've been in Wilderness areas for quite a few days now, so ran out of bread. It's been 30 years, I think, since I've run out of bread onboard. What a treat it is to have to make it.
Trick to rising, I had a brain wave yesterday and don't know why I didn't figure it out all those years ago. Once the engine has been running for a while, turn off the engine and put the dough in the bowl in the engine compartment. Rose beautifully!
